Welcome to AB Pneumatics

AB Pneumatics have been Irelands leading manufacturer of small air springs for the last 25 years.

With full testing facilities and ISO accreditation we can ensure a very high standard to all our products.
Based in Lisburn, our manufacturing facility enables a fast delivery on all our products which are shipped all over Europe.

By working with some world class suppliers A & B has been able to establish itself in the industry.

2011 has been a very exciting year for AB Pneumatics and we intend to build on this in 2012. With the introduction of our new KTP Associate Steven Boal who has been brought in to develop the engineering and design side of the business we hope to build on the successes of the last 30 years.

The company has steadily grown the capacity of seat airspring business and will now be actively be looking to introduce more of this type of work over the next 12-24 months, there also has been major improvements with the manufacture of schockabsorber sleeves and we have worked closely with our customers to come up with inovative ideas for this.

A decision in 2011 was to be serious about the export markets and we have now started to produce rubber products for the Netherlands which was a result of a Netherlands Outlook programme ran by Lisburn City Council in partnership with NI-NL.

However our most exciting prospect for the new year is the development of the Donut rubber Spring, it has taken over two years to develop and test but we know feel that our product will be a large part of our business.  The Donut Spring can be used in many different applications and as we have already discovered customers are already using a similar product accross different markets.  It is the intention of AB Pneumatics working with our distributors to get this product into the market all over the world where we know it is being used.  Our range of Donut Springs is expanding as we further develop this product but a number have been identified as common sizes.
