New Products

Some of the major development work we have been doing is for the export market looking at different applications for products which have processes to our current products.  We specialise in cylindrical and conical shped rubber products and have now used that expertise to expand the range.

PIPE REDUCER

The first prototypes of our rubber pipe reducer have been made which will allow two different sizes of pipe to be joined together with a rubber sleeve.  Rather than the normal step down moulded reducer we have made it in a conical shape to allow better flow and flexibility.

RUBBER SEALS

Using different inside and outside diameters we can produce large rubber seals (rings) which are produced in 800mm lenght and the customer can cut these to the sizes required or we can supply these pre-cut.

Depending on the application these can be made from specified rubber to suit with variable hardness.  Some of the common sizes we can produce are:

90mm Inside diameter x 120mm outside

120mm Inside diameter x 160mm outside

130mm INside diameter x 180mm outside
